Picture your goal.  You know… the one that makes your IBS flare up a little when you think of it… 😆

Picture your biggest dream.

And then notice what comes rushing in behind it.

Listen for the voice whispering (or shouting)… “What if I can’t do it??

That voice is trying to keep you safe.  But by keeping you safe, it keeps you from your goals.

When you think about doing something new to reach your goals, listen for the voice saying… “What if it doesn’t work??

Thank your brain for trying to keep you safe.  

It means well.

It just doesn’t know.

Learn to answer that little well meaning voice (it really cares about you) with…

“What if it DOES work???”

“What if I CAN reach ANY goal???”

“What if it is AMAZING???”

These questions open the door for possibility.  

They open the door to living your dreams ♥️
